I love to shop from different kinds of Ecommerce sites. Jabong is one of them. I placed my first order on one month ago and my experience is awesome. At first I don’t like the website and the official application, because both of these are very slow to response and the product’s showcases are not good.
I had great experiences with the product quality. I brought a Jeans pant for me and I got a different pant with same color but anyway I like the quality(even it was different in it’s color).
I placed my order on Tuesday and on Thursday morning I got a message from Courier service that the delivery executive was out for delivery and I was surprised. I love the delivery speed.
I like the customer service because after the delivery the customer service of Jabong call me to know my review or any complain. I am very much satisfied with their product quality and delivery speed.
