Product quality is worst.

I ordered a shirt and and jeans from Jabong. and received it after 8 days. but the quality of shirt was not same as it was looking in photo. it’s quality was worst and also it has damaged in sleeves. then i tried to return it but i was unable to return it and hence called customer service but they was also not responded me. after some time help center replied me. i explain my problem to them. they contacted courier office in our district and then i had received a call from it’s office they told me if you want to return product then you have to came our office. i requested them to send courier boy because my house is far away from your office. they told courier boy are not available for return. so finally i have to visit their office and returned parcel to them.


Later i check that cashback is transferred or not. Cashback was transferred after 15 days.


i got irritated in only one order which i gave on jabong.


that was my first and last order on jabong.


So first check the product and then buy it.
