I have shopped with Jabong three times till date and it has not let me down at all. Very good discounts and authentic products. Even the customer support team is very prompt and responsible.
Once I had some issues with Bluedart people and I wrote about it to Jabong. They were supposed to reply me within 24 hours but to my surprise, I got a call within the next few hours and the person on the call was also very polite and a good listener also.
Just wish there were some loyalty program introduced for the regular customer and some good discounts for the first time buyers.I would say that people can place their orders without any risk.I think every online shop should learn about customer satisfaction from Jabong.
I hope to have such good experiences in the coming days. And ya they do not charge VAT in the cart on discounted products like Myntra so I think it is an advantage.
