I order shoes from Jabong site later I was convinced that those are not matching my style so I decide to cancel the order. I tried to read the reviews about this cause on Google, I get most of the bad reviews online.
Simply I called the customer care within 20 sec of time which is very fast connecting and they pulled up all my details including order status and dispatch status everything. They simply assisted my and my query and completed the call in just 1 min.
They refunded the money in my account in just 3 days. Every time I got updates from customer care on my mobile which is really helpful to track the status. No need to call again and again.
I really appreciate the customer care assistance. I will give 10/10 to this.
