Hello everyone well . I order the jeans from this Jabong.com because some discounts . I never tried to buy dress from jabong its my first order . And I faced very bad experienced . I order jeans and size was 34 I got but I got 34 size written on 34 but when I was tried the jeans I found the size was not confortable because it its was not 34 it very small. then what I was accepted I complaint about the problem to jabong custmore but they dint guide me correctly what to do excatly.
They just said keep the product ready to replace or refund.in 3 to 4 working days. after one weak the delivery boy returned and took the product. But now I want my money to get refund but now they saying you raised for replacing the products not to refund. I called several times about to jabong but they are giving me the solution . Just very bad service to care to customers
