I ordered a Kurti from Jabong. The delivery person calls late at night around 11 if he can deliver the package... Didn’t know that Jabong works at this odd hour.
Ofcourse, I said no and asked to deliver the next morning. I received a SMS from Jabong that package has been dispatched. But, for the next 7 hours there was no delivery person who came with the package. At the end of the day after I called the Customer Support(which is useless and of no help) said that the package will be delivered the next day. I asked if I can get a message from their end before the Jabong person comes, then I can be at home.
The only reply that I could get was "We cannot commit" the time when it will come.Jabong is a total waste of time and money and so obvious they don’t refund even if the fault is theirs.Worst online site to buy things.
