Having the worst experience from Jabong.I requested for exchage of one of the watch and got the watch but it is damaged.When I requested for the replacement for the damaged product one of the correspondent named paras from this team is asking me for the images of the damaged product otherwise there will be no replacement.
Now my question, is it my fault that you provided me damaged product ? and asking me for images shows your distrust towards me.when I am saying I received damaged product then I am expecting new product delivered and pick up of the new one and not bothering me to send images and all.
I request you ro deliver me new product and pick up original and damaged one.
