I have ordered a sneaker from their site on 2nd May, as per their policy this should have delivered within 5 working days but I have not received it till date(14th May), whenever I call them they just tell me some sick reasons for delay in delivery and promise me for the delivery in next 2 days and they don’t even allow me to ask for cancellation and the customer care is soooo poor that they don’t even speak with courtesy. I have never had such a bad experience in any other online stores I have used.
So Better watch your step!!! don’t go for prepayment option. If you really want to make an order in this website better go for Pay on Delivery option which will save your money
