Recently I have purchased a FILA football shoe(Item # FI053SH77DRA) from Jabong.com. It was delivered within 2 days. I booked it on 18th April and received on 20th April, 2012. The puchasing experience and delivery were good. Problem started after sales. Within 3 days of use the sole of a pair developed a crack. While cleaning, I observed that. I called their customtakeouter care and they told me to send an email to care@jabong.com with the pictures of the shoe. I did that, 4/5 days over - no response from their side even after one reminder. I do not know what to do .
1) Either FILA shoes are bad or the one I have received is a defective or fake one. As Fila is a globally reputed company, so chances or defective or fake is assumed.
2) Every product has few months guarantee, in this case it should be replaceable as the crack is observed within half of a month. But customtakeouter Care could not answer me re: Guarantee period or terms.
3) They are no responding to the email. If they are talking more time to decide or they need more time to contact Fila about replacement(if not fake) then they could send me an email saying they need more time.
I dont know what to do. Only harassment due to purchase over web.
