I have never had any bad experience with Jabong. In fact it has been more than 6 years now that me and my whole family has been shopping from Jabong happily. The best thing about this site is its wide range of products, starting from cheap items to high end ones, you get it all with extra discounts. Even at discounted prices they do not compromise on the quality of products they provide. Everything they sell is genuine and up to the mark. Their customer care service is very much reliable and polite. They do help us a lot when me or my Mom have to return any item(mostly due to size issue). They help us out in case we are stuck anywhere, al though their return policy and process is very easy and convenient. Despite living in the north eastern side of the country, their delivery is timely and quick. Orders are received within 3-4 days, there are hardly any instances when we have received anything late or haven’t received it at all. In case they do fail to deliver, they make sure we are intimated about it well in advance. Both their app and website is user friendly, never had any issue while ordering. Refunds are done in the form of Jabong credits as well as bank transfers which is always very quick. If any day, we feel like shopping then Jabong is our go-to site.
