In the era of Online Shopping, I had my worst experience of all my E-commerce deals ever. My order details are

Here are he list of issues I faced with Jabong :
I got defected product.
Running behind them for Ex-change
Learnt a lot of GYAAN from Customer Support (Eg - Dont use the product as we shall not accept the product)
Before purchase, they say no questions asked for 30 days replacement (After purchase they give you N conditions for Ex-change) In my case the should exchange the product immediately as the delivered product was defected when I opened
They dont have XXL of selected product
While communicating with CCare, they say you can not choose those products as replacement which are being sold by Jabong Partners (I dont find any product which is not sold by Jabong Partner).
ITS A DIRECT CHEATING WITH THE CUSTOMERS. I have 10 email chains and 3 calls for one exchange. But still I have defected product of Jabong in my hand....
This is my FIRST & LAST deal with JABONG. I demand a complete refund of my order, if Jabong can not get me the product I want from their website.
