I recently downloaded jabong app in my phone for which I was suggested by fb. The app doesnot work good. I click on buy button and it sent me to the home page. But somehow I managed to buy 3 trousers of blue, black and grey colour. It gave me 5 days delivery time which is very poor delivery. Then also I bought it. The product came after 7 days, poorest delivery. I really don’t like it. I had ordered three trousers which was looking very good in the picture aut when I opened the box it was looking old and second hand. I called costumer service it told me that a delivery boy will come and you can return your product btut no one ever came. So I stopped trying and started wearing that trousers. After a week it showed it’s colour. It started tearing up from the ends. Very bad and not at all reliable. Really I am not satisfied with this website. Don’t go for it.
