Extremely horrible experience

I placed an order on 16th September 2016. The order was supposed to be delivered by 19th September 2016 but as on today I haven’t received the same.


When I tracked the order, it showed me the current status as "receiver refused to take the order" while on the contrary I am waiting to receive my order. No. attempts have made to deliver my order nor I received any calls from delivery guy if he wasn’t able to find the drop address.


I dont know on what basis my order status has been shown as "receiver refused to take the order". And why would I refuse the delivery when I paid in advance.


Even after so many complaints, neither the company officials informed me about the status of my order nor any of them called to solve the issue.


Their delivery guys are highly unprofessional in terms of dealing with package deliveries as they always refuse to deliver at door step. Last 3 purchase experiences have been extremely horrible for me and on top of that they achieved new heights of unprofessionalism by refusing to deliver the orders.
