I ordered a few items as a gift for my mother on the 22nd September 2014. The tracking service said it will arrive on or before the 29th of September(which is my mothers birthday). 3 out of the 5 items never arrived. They were apparently delivered back to the shipper and no one from Jabong tried checking on the items.
After around 20 calls from me(I live in London, UK) and my family in India regarding the missing order, we were given false promises that the order will arrive by the 1st October. The order never showed up and the website very conveniently cancelled the order and asked us tore-order the items if we wanted or they would refund the money. After a few minutes, I received an email regarding the refund although I am yet to see if the refund has actually processed. I wouldnt be surprised if they take the money and pretend they refunded it. Fraud website, run by goons, managed by nincompoops! If I could, I would have given zero stars to this company.
