I have never experienced such a pissing off customer service, first of all the agents are so hyper( keeping on mind temper varies persons by person) however customer is the priority for the companies like jabong and online shopping portals. Apart from all those customer service means if a person calls and ask about a product or about the company they should provide all the necessary information to the person about the company. Moreover if a person is asking for the address of the company, if u people are not fake or something then why cant you provide it? I called to the customer care and was asking for the address and they were not willing to give the address and also even asked to make talk to the senior, did not transfer the call. Such fake.
I was standing on the road and asking for the address, such idiots! Told me mail to care, is there any point of telling that? And even asked for the reception number so that I can call there and ask, they dont even have a reception. Why are u people sitting over there named customer service? Fake.idiots.no brain.(just spoiling the service name) because of you people even others face problem in believing the other online shopping portals.
