Jabong is the most atrocious online shopping website. Their payment gateway never works, always gives an ’unsuccessful transaction’ error and they take forever to refund YOUR OWN money.. Its been almost a month and they have not refunded me yet.
I placed an order and I got a n error that the transaction was unsuccessful. I called their customer service team and they said they will refund my money in 5-7 days. Its been almost a month now and they have not refunded me and I call every week and they say refund in 3-5 days.. I am ticked off with their customer service.
I will never use their services again and will never recommend it to my friends. I will ask my friend to stay away from Jabong..
