I ordered my first product from Jabong, a designer watch. The watch was not working, may be the battery was dead. I had to give it my local shop wala to fix a batterey. I was so dumb to go with Jabong again. I ordered for few more stuff this time. And it was 2 weeks later I called them asking where is my parcel. It seems the courier guys said the door was locked - It was my office & there is a security 24/7.
I had to call them almost around 15 times to get the refund money. When I called again they said they are going to re-dispatch it & a week later I called and said I haven’t received the parcel. They said I will have to wait for some more time.
On the whole, that was a very bad experience. Never go with Jabong.com. All fake stuff & bad service.
