Refunded amount is not reflected in my bank accoun

I placed an order on Jabong.com, order id 31006596894863 on 6th Oct 13. I did not get any status update on the product.

( Rs.1120 ./-) will be refunded in 7 - 8 working days.

This is insane. Neither did I get my product, nor any information regarding the refund! This is heights of taking the customer for granted!

Its 30 Oct still the refunded amount is not reflected in my account. I mailed many times with my bank statements but still no updates.
