Hi I have been a regular user of online shopping and I made regular shopping with Flipkart, Jabong, Homeshop etc. Recently I have placed an order for a fast track watch which is supposed to be a birthday gift.
I paid using debit card and watch was suppose to reach me by 1st sep. I track my order and on 27th Aug it showed that my order has reached kolkata. Due to some strange reason although it has already reached kolkata it failed to reach my house on 1st sep! I talked with customer care and efficient customer care office told me that my order will reach my "doorstep" within next 48 hour. I waited patiently but my order did not reach me till 4th sep! I failed to gift the watch and it was really disappointing and embarrassing! Please dont take order you cant deliver. I requested for refund and customer care is now telling me they would proceed with my refund request as soon as product reached Jabong. My question a product which failed to reach me in 6 days although being in kolkata when it would reach jabong? Please kindly initiate my refund request immediately and tell your excellent delivery service to deliver the product to you obviously if they can manage that! My honest request to you would be please dont hurt your reputation like this! I will never place a order with jabong ever again. Please kindly refund my amount and I will be grateful.
