I’ve ordered one too many things now from Jabong and every time, I’ve been disappointed with the size or the quality. Nothing ever fits the first time - even their size 5 shoes I have to buy at 7 - and nothing looks as good as it does in their photos. Dont be fooled by their name and reputation - they are not worthy of it. They have a rigid no return policy, even exchanging is a bum-ache and even now I’m sitting with a pair of size 6 sandals which I’ve been told cannot be returned or exchanged and so am stuck with them. Useless bunch of rip-off merchants. Their email responses are always pathetic and they use generic sentences for responses.
