I am registered user of Jabong with mail id as naman223054@gmail.com. I m with Jabong from last 4 months and as I checked my order history, I found that in every order they have charged re.1 extra. I had registered compliant for the same.
The reason they gave is:- if your amount is e.g. INR 1063.34, they are rounding this amount to INR 1064.
As I know standard mathematical calculation says:
The value of any amount which you want to round up and if it is.less than 0.5 than it should be always the lesser amount and if the amount is greater than 0.5 than it will be rounded up to+1. Here I can see that your amount is Rs.1063.34, so when you will round up this value, it will be Rs.1063(as the value after decimal is 0.3 which is less than 0.5).
Also, there is no such programming language which round up any value in the calculation system explained by them.(The final amount was INR 1063.34, which was rounded off to 1064).
I request all Jabong customers to verify there order history and you will also find the same in all transactions.
