Room for Improvement

Jabong really disappointed me. I place an order for shoes which was duly confirmed on 20th June(order no. 130620499233791). Now 8 Days after waiting for the item to arrive I am sent an’sms’ that item has been cancelled! Is this the way you operate? Why confirm the order in the first place, and now after waiting for so long rudely I am informed that my order is cancelled without reason!


This shows the website tries to fool people into placing orders then cancels them as per their wish, with  no concern for consumers. Will NEVER recommend or Buy from this site again.


Addendeum: Jabong Staff contacted me and helped me to get the right product, which is appreciated. Hope the experience is better next time.
