As Jabong is a fashion and lifestyle website, it sales cloths shoes, watches sunglasses, home decor and furniture.
So far I have purchased shoes two time and chinos.
I have purchase Puma shoes of 2000/- with a discount in 1499/-, Quality wasn’t so good but for this price and brand PUMA is OK quality.
Recently I have purchased Chinos in there buy one get one offer for 900/-, I have selected two chinos, however they delivered only one.
After that I had called to customer care, they checked and confirmed of half delivery. They than asked me to provide my account details via answering a mail along with IFSC code and all. I have immediately provided all the details and within 7 days I got half money back.
So overall, I will not say a very good quality products they are selling but for cheap price it is ok to go for Jabong.com.
I am satisfied so far.!
