Jabong was once one of my favourite online shopping sites but after this experience I haven’t ordered anything from there. I bought a pair of Nike sneakers from Jabong and I got the delivery really quick. I didn’t like the product much so I thought of returning it. When the product was returned, I was supposed to get my money back within 7 days maximum but I didn’t get any of it. I asked the customer care and they said that it was the fault of the bank and I should go to them only. After cross checking with the bank I came to know that no refund was generated from Jabong’s side. I had to talk to the customer care for atleast 15 times to get my refund back. I would say that customer service of Myntra is far better than what Jabong offers.
