JABONG.COM REVIEW
After browsing through Jabong.com for 2-3 days I thought it appears to be a nice website, with good offers, so I made a mistake of ordering stuff from their site. I placed an order on 11/3/12(order number: 12031100005), received a PARTIAL shipment on 13/3/12, good part is that the quality was good the bad.well take a look at the screenshots of the conversation with the customer care:

I guess online shopping in India has a lot to catch up, something which is supposed to be hassle free always ends up creating some or the other problem. To add to an already bad experience online shopping stores are backed up with worthless customer support, talented enough to calm down the customer for the moment, good at speaking and doing nothing about whats promised. Earlier it was LetsBuy now its Jabong, I believe that our problems would not that easily be resolved. So a lot of thanks to Mouthshut.com and Mr. Faisal Farooqui for providing the common man with a platform to raise his voice.
