Hello mouthshut friends, I have lots of complaint regarding the shopping site.
Except having good deals and attractive offers, you would not find anything good about this site.
POOR SERVICE
The customer care is very careless and they do not give customer satisfaction.The orders are accepted but it automatically cancels without customer’s permission.
Any of the complaints from the customers are not taken into action by customer support staff.Like for a torn or defective product delivered, any defect in colour or late delivery.
CARELESS CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Any thing regarding replacement or refund or not performed properly.Firstly they would not take your complain and suggest you to try after 24hrs and even the complain is accepted by the support staff, the would not complete it properly or would refund only half the amount and would say that their is no pickup in given address.
INTERFACE
Most of people face problems in using their app .It is slow and takes much time to refresh.
If you need to pay and choose my saved cards than first it redirects you to their site and then automatically refreshes back .So it becomes impossible to enter the OTP recieved from the bank as I have been redirected back to jabong.
LOW QUALITY
The prices are fine but the quality of some dresses are not as good as you pay for it .
FAKE DEALS
The app shows you mega deals, flat discounts but when you try to order it, the say that offer is expired or is old.
My Recommendation÷
This website is very weak in interface and the delivery with customer support is very poor, the product is sometimes of low quality.I would not reccomend this app until and unless the improve their app and bug is fixed.
