Placed an order for shoes, size 9 . got size 3. returned the same. Expected refund as the size was not available. promised refund immediately.got jabong credits. tried using them couldn’t for some reason best known to Jabong. decided another product, could not get, got response saying the order was not valid because the bank rejected the transaction.
I don’t understand when I used the jabong credit where is the question of bank rejection. Then I receive a message saying that product is not available now. Next day u see the same product at a higher price.
Sick & tired of the emails recd from them I placed an order for some shoes just to close the issue & never ever do shopping at jabong.
Beware these are thugs. No wonder people are scared of shopping.
