I bought some very pretty reasonably priced kurtis from Jabong.com. I had checked the sizes before placing the order. When I got my products, I found a few of them, even after using the same size chart, very fit. So I thought, I should get the replacement for them.
Thats what I requested for. ***But ! to my surprise, they told me to place another order with them for the same kurtis and get the refund in my account.*** ****Even if they are having the bigger sized kurtis, they wont give you the replacement !!***
Now, people do not have so much of patience and time to go again to the website, choose the product and then again make online payment for the same thing but slightly different sized. Now I call it an idiotic policy. I think they should make some changes to that.
