The first time I ordered from jabong.com, it was a pair of Fila football studs for my boyfriend. And the outsole broke on the first day of playing. I thought I lost my money -- a bad deal. I called jabong.com, and they said it is Fila’s responsibility. I went to a Fila showroom, they said it is seller’s responsibility. I was angry. I called jabong, and this time someone nice picked up the phone and arranged for a pick-up. They said they’d refund the money if the product was found defective, and that they did! I asked it in voucher form, and it was delivered right away.. the whole process taking about five days. And then with that amount I ordered another two pairs of shoes -- for myself and my boyfriend. And this time, they turned out good. Since then, I’ve ordered twice more... and the experience has been good.
So 3 out of four times, my experience has been good. And the best part is that, if I don’t like the product when I see it, or if it is uncomfortable, I can return it right away! I did that once, just because I didn’t like the look of the thing delivered to me.
Well, what more can I ask for? They deliver on time, they take back the products if I dont like them, they refund my money if the product turns out defective. I would surely recommend it to my friends. By the way, I live in Delhi. I don’t know how good is jabong’s service in other cities. This is only my experience, and limited to shoes. So far, it has been good.
