Agreed. I had my apprehensions about if I don’t like the product what do I do etc. Bought this Nike shoes from Jabong. WORE it for a day and realized its too slippery. Wrote back saying cannot wear it. Within 3 days the product was taken and the money was returned back to the account. We weren’t sure if this whole thing would work.
1) The information depth needs to improve.
2) Things like the details of the sole would have helped in making better choice.
