I like JABONG website very much because the website/app both are very informative and clean, the pictures they keep for display are very catchy and looks attractive. The way items are organized and categorized are nice and the app is also very user friendly. App never gets hanged like other online shopping apps(don’t want to mention names) and the products I have ordered are reached on time and the quality is good.
The only problem I have faced till now is once I received a used product(bag is having some stuff like pen, pencil etc.).
As the return process is very simple in Jabong I have returned the product and ordered a different one.
