Order number 160924411895997 I placed my order 04-10-2017 for 9 items.i received 8 of them in to 3 different parcels.my online account including invoice with the parcels says all 9 item has been delivered but one item was missing.so I have been trying to connect jabong via emails and phone calls only get answers they will resolve the issue vin 48 hours.nothing has been done.it has bee 10 days now.for the company like you how long does it track the order? Iam sure all you have to does contact the supplier.and I have a question, how many 48 hours iam looking forward roughly.it is disappointing and frustrating cause the shopping I did for occasion it’s already passed and I didn’t even know what is happening.i had to sent it overseas.i wont be asked to now .as a brand I would not expect such low level of customer service from you.
