Order Processing/Payment deduction - Worst

I wanted to order Redtape mocassins size 8, and I added that to the cart used my jabong credits and also payback points and when I was processing the remaining amount on my card it did not go through. I have processed the order twice and still did not go through.


When I check on the product, the size is out of stock. So I called the customer care agent and they say the product is in stock and when I insisted her to check on the size than she agrees that the product is out of stock(after 3 checks).They deduct my payback points they deduct my jabong credits and every thing will take 3 working days to get refunded and the product will not be delivered still.


Whats the point of customer care agent if they are not able to process the orders which are stuck in the cart. They just say I cant help you sir. I have also added the screenshots of this order so that no one else will face this again and waste their time talking to these agents.
