Wrong colour shoe dispached by Jabong  I have placed an order in Jabong.com on Jan 24th 2017 for Grey colour action sports shoes and the order number is # 170124599954145. However wrong blue color shoe was dispatched to my home on 31st JAN 2017.  On the same evening around 7:40 PM, I called the jabong customer care team and explained the issue. The complaint number I received via SMS is # 38134712. The customer care agent told over phone that she would send a link in a mail to my gmail id within 24 hours for me to upload the pics of the wrong shoes I received. I specifically asked the agent if I send the pics immediately to jabong customer care id but the agent told there is no such id for me send and asked me to wait for her mail. That was biggggggg joke.   However I didn’t receive the mail till evening so when I called the jabong customer care today evening asked them to review yesterdays case they didnt care to check the yesterdays case records and simply asked me to write a mail to Care@jabong.com and attache the pictures of the wrong shoe that was dispatched. Each customer has is own view of looking at issues and no process is being followed to resolve issue. This is the 1st time I placed an order in Jabong and got a wrong product. I am very unhappy with the situation and hope to get quick help from Jabong. I
