Couriers Boys Act Rowdy

I had worst experience shopping with Jabong. I had ordered for Rs 5000 worth of products as COD. I got a call from delivery boy asking if he can deliver the product today. As I was in office I requested him to deliver it after 6:00 PM or 10:00 am next day.


The courier boy was so rude that he directly denied saying that he can’t do that and he also told me that he can only deliver the product at his convenient time or else he will cancel the order and take it back. I then called customer care and complaint about this guy.


After 10 min of complaining the same courier boy calls me again and threatens me again saying that why did I complaint about him. He was so damn rude than he was before. I have never seen such worst customer service in my entire life time.


Then I wrote mail to Bhushan who is head of customer service in Jabong. I received reply from saying that he will follow up and get the things sorted. But even after his promise I experienced the worst customer service.
