I ordered expensive Salomon GTX 4D Quest shoes on Jabong through cash on delivery. The order delivery time was just two days(coz dey wanted collect the payment) . The shoes delivered had a minor defect and more importantly the labels were worn out and not even intact on the shoes; rather just been kept in the box. I deeply suspected these were old shoes and hence I requested a return. however, its been about 10 days and I am yet to hear from Jabong. they just doesn’t seem interested anymore and each day they tell that someone will come today to pick the shoes up but no one comes. BEST PART IS I HAD POSTED A REVIEW ON THEIR WEBSITE AND THEY HAD GUTS TO NOT LET IT SHOW ON THEIR WEBSITE.
I have to leave for a trek in one week and it seems I have to leave the shoes behind and the whole purpose has been defeated.
