I am writing review about Jacknjewel.com. I used this website for my family jewellery shopping. I ordered a diamond ring online after getting customized according to my requirment from JACKNJEWEL.COM . I received a mail from them that the ring has been dispatched with the tracking but I was not able to track the details almost 2 - 3 days and I thought I have been cheated as I had already paid online. I spoke with the customer support and they assured me that the ring is dispatched but the tracking details are not visible due to some technical error and they asked me to wait for next days .I was very angry with them over this issue . Next day I kept calling the customers executives but I had no one responding well to me . Still I am waiting my order . The service is absolutely horrible , if you don’t want to lose your money then don’t order any thing from Jacknjewel.com
