All-rounder no.1

In Cricket there is a lot of importance for All-Rounders.An geneuine all-rounder should do batting at top or middle order and bowl his full quota also during crunch periods in a match. In a close match the result can be decided by an all-rounder.

South Africa’s Jacques Kallis is such a player that he can prove his worthiness any time. There are many all-rounders in the South African side like Shaun Pollock, Lance Klusener, Nicky Boje, etc. but Kallis has made a mark of his own.Kallis is a technically correct player, he likes to play with a straight bat.Due to this ability he was able to save the 1997 test match against Australia in Melbourne facing the likes of Glenn McGrath and Shane Warne.

Kallis is also good at bowling.Bowling with a chest arm action which is not so easy he easily touches the speed of 120 to 130 kms.Good length incutter, Bouncer, Inswinging yorker and a surprising slower delivery are his strengths in his bowling.

He is also good and agile at fielding.he is an excellent slip catcher.Due to his good judging he also catches the high balls very well

due to all these factors at this point of the time he is sure the all-rounder no.1
