It was a big disgrace and embarrassment that I choosed to visit this branch for Dinner on Sunday. I just spoiled my Sunday by visting this branch. I don’t have a negative pointer rating to rate you. It all started when we reached at the branch and wer told there is a waiting for 20 mins. Understand and taking things into consideration it is a Sunday we decided to wait. Almost 1/2 had passed there wer total of 3 families waiting including ours.
In a moment 4 pretty ladies arrive and climb up and get accommodated easily. I witness the whole seen and then I turned up to the person incharge there for the accommodation, I questioned him why are we made to stand for 1/2 while those 4 lady customers easily climbed up and got a table. I told him are we fools waiting here since past 1/2 hour. I could literally sense his baisedness and told him those were 4 ladies that is why you didn’t stop them. He was clueless and couldn’t say anything.
But see his guts instead of apologies he back answers with a stupid reason defending himself that you just had asked for waiting time and didn’t ask for a table. I have never met such a dumb and foolish management before. Even if you go to a cheaper restaurant I think u will find better management then of this lunatic branch. All the 3 families including ours wer angry on him in regard to his stupid defendent answer. All of us left immediately and wasted our precious time out there for your stupid restaurant food. Better get a good management or else you will land off no where. This is also the reason for the lowest rating of this branch from rest of all your branches. There is also a good competition from your neighbouring restaurant. Don’t take your customer’s for granted.
