My sister-in-law resides in Patiala. I went to meet her with my family a few days before. She ordered food from Jaggis. Chilli Paneer was missing from the order. When my sister-in-law called them, they didn’t bother to apologize and asked for the bill. It ruined her day and she was extremely disappointed with their customer service. She filed a complaint against them as they are unable to manage the orders properly of their customers.
