Every other airline in India has a functional website from which we can see the schedules and book tickets. As of today(Feb 2007) Jagson does not have one. What credibility does it have?
In the mean time Air Deccan has started a service between Delhi and Bhuntar(Kulu). Although Air Deccan gets a rather bad press from Mouthshut writers, I suspect that even they will be more reliable than Jagson.
Anyway, I tried one of the "travel portal" websites to see what it said about air services to Kulu. About three weeks in advance it showed only one service there(by Jagson) which was quoted at 4500 plus. It did NOT say anything about Air Deccan. Just for fun I clicked on the link to book tickets on Jagson. Nothing happened.
I then went to the Air Deccan website and promptly got tickets at around 2500.
Lets see what happens. However, if an airline cannot even maintain a website properly AND charge almost double of what their competitor is charging, its future is bleak.
