Hi, My wife and kids wanted to visit Kullu Manali last summers. I was also for it and wanted to make them really happy. So, was trying everything best to be arranged. Decided to travel by air and booked on Jagson (alas! only option by air) one month before. All was set and we were preparing for our 4 day visit. The day before the travel, got a call from Jagson that can I fly on 10am flight rather than 8am. I said I would like to keep my 8am flight. They said OK. On that day I got 3 or 4 more calls from Jagson and all seemd very unprofessional to me. And by the end of the day, I could still my seat s(confirmed 1 month back), In the morning all of us got up earl and were about to leave when the call came from Jagson that they had cancelled the flight due to weather conditions at Kullu. We were so disappointed. But we kept our brains and hired a comfortable Qualis for the entire trip and enjoyed it to the core.
Surprisingly, at kullu the weather was very fine and it seems there was some other reason for Jagon to cancel the flight or probably off-loading me. Even had problems in getting my refund. Its decided in all my close circle that its a definite NO NO NO for Jagson in future.
