Its just 20 months since we are into our new home, from the begining itself jaguar health faucet and divertor were showing complaints. anyhow by fighithing and scolding service person divertor was ok but now when knob of health faucet broke due to reduced water pressure flowing out of it I had to pay saying that its our fault but this was manufacturing defect coz from the begining itsef I was complaining, . they should have replaced health faucet initially itself, but now when it is broken they blame us and charge us, . its big cheating by jaguar sales person that they didnt say only service warranty is there we have to pay for parts, . indian company like JAL is better in quality than jaguar. ALSO JAGUAR COMPANY TRAINS THEIR SERVICE PERSONEL IN SUCH A MANNER THAT EVEN IF THERE IS SOME MANUFACTURING DEFECT THEY SOMEHOW ADJUST IT AND MAKE IT WORK FOR 1 YEAR THEN CHARGE THE CUSTOMER
