I purchased the Jaguar toilet jet spray( faucet) for 950 rupees and a 3 in 1 wall mixer for 2850 rupees. I thought Jaguar is one of the top brands in bathroom fittings and faucets hence spending the money on its products will be a wise long term investment.
I was in for a shock when it started to show its real worth just under 3 months of installing!
Both, the jet faucet and the mixer are leaking drops of water. The jet leaks when the lever is pressed and the 3 in one mixer leaks water drops even when all three taps are closed! I got the thing inspected by a plumber and it turned out that the products are faulty and nothing wrong with the plumbing. I had to repair it with the white plumbing tape after opening the fittings. This is a temporary fix and it looks bad on the jet faucet.
I am embarresed by the jaguar fittings! I bought it from a different city so I cant even go to the store and ask for a refund or replacement. I did not expect such cheap quality from a brand like jaguar.
Seems they only make glamorous advertisements. My suggestion to them is improve the quality of the products first! Its such a shame.
I feel like I wasted my hard earned money. I will not buy jaguar bath fittings again. Wont recommend them to anyone either. Sad!
