Everything is POOR. Mr G Sajeev the Country Club Manager is all bowing and bending but all the time looking out for making something. He will get you beer though they do not have an excise licence. He will charge you double the price; the food is OK if you eat tasteless, oily stuff though if you blow up they do make an effort.
The main road to the Club is the only one with tar surface but is in terrible condition compared to the NH 207 that you would have just turned off. The rest of the "roads" are actually dirt tracks with big stones exposed by the rain. They have a generator but it is not switched on in the day and the invertor in the room was not functioning - the waiter said something about no battery.
If your are planning to buy a plot(and there are many available), so don’t let Ms Nalini, the Business manager fool you. The price is around Rs 150 per sq ft though she will quote Rs 250 per which includes her commission.
The Jain Farms will promise the world but expect nothing but shoddy work, slow pace and poor, extremely poor response once they have your money.
