Only infrastructure is good.

I’m writing as an Ex student of JIRS.

Firstly the school can only boast of its good infrastructure. The students can not grow up here without getting into bad habits. The peer pressure is tremendous and no proper guidance and counseling for Teenage students is provided. Most of the students get into smoking and alcohol just to "fit in" because the school student culture demands that . At 13-14 years, boys and girls get into relationships . Very easy to get derailed as they is lack of presence of the parent around.Students get to talk to parents only twice a month for about 20-25 minutes. A lot of the incidents that happen are hidden and the management never communicates and lets the parent know what is truly happening.

Even if the child has been injured / hit(as punishment)(yes students do get hit by the CEO) bullied or if he/she has been upset over something .they never grant a call even in cases of emergency. when the terror attack happened, I was so worried all I wanted was to make a call to my family to check if everything was ok and the school dint allow that I was so worried staying so far away cut off from civilization. but we are just helpless because we are not allowed to keep mobile phones . Only the buildings and infrastructure is good. growing up here does not bring out the best in you. it is a sort of place where being arrogant and snobbish is considered fashionable and cool. It just presents really absurd mentalities which as teenagers we thought was right. So its very easy to lose track.

Very few good students who truly are interested in studies they are also discouraged by name called them nerds and in a closed community, you end up doing things just to fit in
