They are fraud. I’ve been studied BCA in JNU for 2 years . That demanded 20K per year . They tooks exams in institute campus with full of cheating was allowed to student because thus their result would be good and they have earned lot of fraud money . I’ve not paid all fees because of financial issues. When it came to give me my marksheet they demanded more fees and didn’t give me my marksheet and certificates , So I’ve to leave BCA in final year without completing . JNU is just fraud !
