The land of palaces

Jaipur sprawls out at the foot of Kalikoh hill crowned by the magnificent Amber fort. Tradition and modernity rub shoulders here. Turbaned men with curling mustachios, bejeweled Women in multi coloured, swirling skirts and youngsters in jeans jostle in it’s colourful streets. Opulent palaces, Chaupars(big squares), astronomical observatories, temples and bazaars, vie with one another and give the city its distinctiveness. it is a SAWAI(one and a quarter, extra-ordinery)CITY.

The relic of dynasty is the main reason of popularity of Jaipur. Yes it is the city which watch in day and night. because it have different attitude in day and night . This is also known as pink city because the old building and new building are painted in pink color.

I went to night journey by Raja’s taxi. he was born in South India so he have some mistake in speaking Hidhi like me. He also a joker so did’nt know the time pass. He drive his shift car between the pink market it was croud even night. I saw the Hava Mahal in my journey it is a arch shape building with lot of window. the all window painted in bile and green color. After of the visit Java Mahal I returned to my room. I decided to visit other places in next days.
