Jaisalmer is beautiful town , I will not call it city because it’s very small city , fort is amazing , one famous pond is there and there are many temples in fort , I find this place very peaceful , but beware of travel agents , they They can manipulate you , they ask for cheap hotels and food , I must say this city is full of this kind of agents, even before you are 50-60 far from city , they enter in your bus and ask for staying in their hotels and show some packages for exploring city in fix amounts. So I suggest you to always bargaining, bargaining is key to explore Jaisalmer in cheap. Jeep safari is really fun so don’t miss that, in desert their are organised many kind of cultural dances , in november to feb is best time to travel jaisalmer , don’t visit it in summer
