Just would like to inform you about the Family credit,
At the time of providing you loan they are the best, like anything. But after you took the loan they are very professional. they follow the company rules + some more rules which is not even in there rule book. While lending you loan they can reach you anywhere you want, but after that you may need to travel to there Head office. Jan 2008, I took one Two wheeler financed by Family credit. Till the time everything was perfect. The day I complete my loan amount I went to them for NOC and get to know that, they need 2 months to give you NOC.
After that they called me for one small personal loan(Pre-Approved).., and said this is with very low interest. when I asked the details they said you don’t have to pay anything extra. I have been told that this loan is pre-approved hence this is specially offered to me with some special benefit I signed the document and collected the cheque. After 1 month when I get my loan details I found for 30000 I need to pay 54000 in 3 year. When I asked them to make it for 1 year they said they can’t as I had signed the document.
After few month when I went to them to close my loan(foreclosure). they said they don’t entertain people for such request from 25th to 5th of every month. This time I asked them to show this rule in there rule book. they said it is there internal rules.. so they can’t do it for me now. I don’t have another option left then waiting till 6th day of the month.
After this when I visit there office with all the document, they found one of my ECS bounced back. when I show them my Bank Statement, they said they don’t know about bank statement, this is in there record. I immediately went to bank and collect letter for the same. Then even they don’t want to agree on that. I said I will pay for now and will you people pay back the fine, if ECS bounce was wrong information?
They said they don’t know, there Head office will decide. Seems they are not in the mood of paying back my money They are nothing but a blood sucker vampires. After this incident, I understand the term Loan is harmful. I was lucky coz I have not taken big amount, its just a 30000
If you need loan, just go to bank and apply for loan. try to apply for a loan from the Bank in which you have an Salary/ Saving account. so that you can stop your loan whenever you require.Taking loan from such institutes will make your life hell.
